Caleb's favorite book right now is The Little Red Caboose. It's such a cute story and I love that it's one of those old Golden Books that I used to have when I was little. We've read it so much that Caleb has memorized it and can now "read" it to us!
Melt my heart. It makes me smile every single time. I love the way he pronounces certain words -- "clikelly clack" and "cool cars". I love the way he says "Lit-tle Red Ca-boose", kind of sing-songy. I love the way he has to point out to us the two black engines coming up to push the Little Red Caboose. I love how proud he is after he reads it -- "I'm a good reader!" I love it, I love it, I love it.
